What's the Job?

Demonstrate customer interface and relationship skills while performing effectively in the Senior Business Analyst role with cross-functional teams. Define high-level application relationships, workflows, and implement business processes, activities, functions, and information systems. Create detailed business and system use cases or functional specifications to guide project development. Analyze complex situations, anticipate potential issues, assess opportunities, impacts, and risks, and develop strategic plans and solutions. Independently develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD) including project costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines; oversee acceptance testing and contribute to user guides and training.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech/BCA
• Prior experience working with clients in Retail, CPG, and Logistics industries
• Knowledge of basic information security protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities
