Business Analyst
About the role
The ListEngage Business Analyst plays a key role in enterprise digital transformation projects. The Business Analyst provides a critical business perspective to Salesforce technical implementation or expansion projects (Data Cloud, CRM, Cross-Cloud, etc.). The Business Analyst is an integral part of our services delivery team, serving as client advocate, focusing on big-picture milestones, and working closely with our technical integrators to ensure that projects are delivered with the highest positive, measurable impact for clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead business process discovery sessions and document detailed business requirements, user stories, measurement criteria, and acceptance criteria
- Create compelling ROI cases for customers, and the associated KPIs and measurement tactics to track ROI throughout a project
- Work with the technical team to ensure projects are designed with the end state in mind
- Design and develop business process maps/diagrams
- Document results of the project based on the KPIs aligned on during discovery
- Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
- Work with technical managers, architects, and other stakeholders to capture requirements
- Prepare groomed user stories for development
- Will be a key player during UAT, Training and the project rollout to ensure smooth go live and user adoption
- Stay up-to-date on the latest in Salesforce technology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or related field experience; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years’ in a technical consulting role
- Agile project methodology experience
- Experience in requirement gathering and user story elaboration for migrating the large enterprise size applications into Salesforce
- Experience in functional solution design for custom business applications using the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce experience, especially in CRM and Data Cloud
- Salesforce certifications, especially: Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce CRM Administrator
Education and Experience
Exceptional communication and listening skills
Strong business acumen
Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of Salesforce.com clouds and capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team-oriented environment
Natural problem-solver: comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
Ability to work during normal US business hours
