Business Analyst
Position Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support non-IT projects and strengthen vendor relationships for a major business operation in South Houston.
Responsibilities
- Maintain project management processes
- Support communication across teams
- Review contracts and cost proposals
- Set up project structures
- Track budgets
- Document business processes
- Partner with a full-time business analyst to review vendor invoicing and drive organizational success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 0–2 years’ relevant experience (recent graduates welcome!)
- Strong communication (verbal & written), customer service, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Clear understanding of business/management principles, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; enterprise application experience a plus
- Able to analyze trends and forecast business outcomes
