Business Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (transcript required with Form 2 if applicable)
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent BA credential/education (valid current certificate required with Form 2 if applicable)
• 84 months of experience in:
  • Requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication
  • Assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications
  • Identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to guide application developers
  • Internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including developing presentations and materials to promote rethinking core business processes and envisioning a reengineered environment
• 12 months of experience working on public sector/government projects (must specify entity and time served to qualify)
• 36 months of experience with Grants Management systems (must specify which systems on Form 2)
