Business Analyst

Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst based in the United States. This remote role offers the opportunity to support business transformation initiatives through data-driven insights and effective solution delivery.

• Maintain clear communication between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support successful project delivery and solution implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, documentation, and issue tracking.
• Contribute to Agile project methodologies by participating in planning sessions, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in designing efficient business workflows.
• Maintain clear communication between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing and validating business solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative project environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Experience with SQL, data manipulation, ERP/CRM systems, financial industry projects, process mapping, or process improvement techniques is preferred.
