Business Analyst
Job Duties
- Analyze and monitor system performance data across Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, and dealership software platforms to support operational efficiency and technology planning.
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems while evaluating vendor performance metrics and ensuring compliance with internal policies and Federal Safeguards regulations.
- Develop BI reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations to optimize system usage, reduce downtime, and enhance IT budgeting and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Master or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, CIS, ENGINEERING, IT, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION or related field with 0 months of experience.
