Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving our business processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Liaise between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project goals.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the planning, testing, and implementation of new business solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and business process modelling.
• Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Experience within the real estate industry would be considered a significant advantage.
