This position supports a high-visibility application development initiative aimed at enhancing and expanding an existing platform.Responsibilities
- Document current and future-state processes
- Gather and define business requirements
- Create workflow diagrams in Visio
- Ensure solutions meet business needs
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
- Facilitate discussions and drive requirements sessions
- Create detailed business requirements and user stories
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting application development projects
- Experience working with both business and IT stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter mentality
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Experience supporting custom application development initiatives
- Experience participating in UAT and test planning activities
- Familiarity with vendor-led software development projects
- Interest in or familiarity with sports-related organizations or events
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, highly visible environment
Skills
- Experience working with Visio for workflow and process documentation
