Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in a critical role. You will work with our internal client defining and refining the business needs into actionable user stories and tasks. You will serve as a liaison between the Client team, Development team, and Data Warehouse team.

• Transform/extrapolate required details from higher-level business requests
• Work directly with the Delivery Lead/Product Owner
• Identify and analyze data
• Manage user testing and sign-off
• Instrumental in unit testing
• Instrumental in data identification

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering discipline
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall) and Agile development methodologies
• Strong ability to transform/extrapolate required details from higher level business requests
• Working knowledge of query language such as SQL
• High level of comfort in Excel/Access manipulating data
• A solid understanding of testing and test case development

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education

• Knowledge of JAVA, Angular
• Knowledge of prototyping applications such as Axure
• Knowledge of Copilot
