About The Role

We're looking for experienced Business Analysts to lead and mentor a team of content specialists producing high-quality, business-focused material that trains cutting-edge AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain knowledge, strong leadership instincts, and a sharp eye for analytical quality.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists working on AI training projects
  • Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
  • Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and development support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates
  • Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations

Who You Are

  • Experienced team lead with a track record of managing and developing analytical talent
  • Strong business domain knowledge across areas like finance, economics, consulting, or strategy
  • Naturally detail-oriented — you spot logical gaps, weak reasoning, and quality issues others miss
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working across distributed, asynchronous teams
  • Self-driven and structured in how you manage your own workload and your team's output
  • No prior AI or machine learning experience required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-focused project work
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Able to provide detailed, constructive feedback and structured annotations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or content review workflows
  • Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
  • Familiarity with AI tools or large language model (LLM) evaluation as an end user
