KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across investment management and operations functions.
- Create business requirements, process flows, and gap analysis documentation.
- Translate business needs into Aladdin functional and workflow requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Aladdin functionality, workflows, and operating model.
- Review and validate BlackRock recommendations, configurations, and implementation designs.
- Provide guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, and implementation considerations.
- Assess existing business processes against Aladdin target-state workflows.
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Validate proposed workflow changes and their impact on business operations.
- Support alignment with industry and Aladdin best practices.
- Support implementation activities across requirements, design, testing, and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, BlackRock consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Track key dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Support UAT planning, test execution, and business sign-off.
- Validate Aladdin configurations and workflow outcomes against requirements.
- Aid in issue resolution, user training, and change management activities.
- Ensure business readiness and successful adoption of the platform.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of front-office, middle-office, and investment operations processes.
- Deep knowledge of Aladdin platform functionality and implementation methodologies.
- Experience working with asset managers, institutional investors, pension funds, or wealth management firms.
- Ability to challenge solution recommendations constructively and provide alternative approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and senior leadership.
- Strong documentation, process mapping, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Good knowledge of Aladdin and Microsoft Office.
