Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, timely support to Wellness Advocates through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Help Wellness Advocates understand the doTERRA compensation plan and company programs.
- Answer general questions related to rankings, commissions, placements, and policies.
- Monitor rank advancements and assist with recognition and follow-up communication.
- Affort exception request processing and ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Affort conference call coordination, scheduling, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive Wellness Advocate experience.
- Provide additional team support and project assistance as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Previous customer service, administrative, call center, retail, or direct sales experience preferred.
- Familiarity with the direct selling industry is a plus, but not required.
- Full-time availability required.
