Job Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, timely support to Wellness Advocates through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Help Wellness Advocates understand the doTERRA compensation plan and company programs.
  • Answer general questions related to rankings, commissions, placements, and policies.
  • Monitor rank advancements and assist with recognition and follow-up communication.
  • Affort exception request processing and ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Affort conference call coordination, scheduling, and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive Wellness Advocate experience.
  • Provide additional team support and project assistance as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
  • Previous customer service, administrative, call center, retail, or direct sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the direct selling industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Full-time availability required.
