Responsibilities

Business Track interns may be responsible for:

  • Supporting department initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Conducting research, analyzing information, and presenting findings to team members.
  • Assisting with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Supporting project management activities, including planning, coordination, and documentation.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Attending meetings and maintaining detailed notes and action items.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Shadowing professionals across various departments to gain a broader understanding of CFG Bank and the banking industry.
  • Preparing and presenting a final project or reflection that highlights internship experience, key learnings, and professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business operations, leadership, strategy, project management, banking, or organizational development.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Interest in gaining exposure to multiple functions within a growing organization.

Pay

The compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour.
