Responsibilities
Business Track interns may be responsible for:
- Supporting department initiatives and strategic projects.
- Conducting research, analyzing information, and presenting findings to team members.
- Assisting with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Supporting project management activities, including planning, coordination, and documentation.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Attending meetings and maintaining detailed notes and action items.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Shadowing professionals across various departments to gain a broader understanding of CFG Bank and the banking industry.
- Preparing and presenting a final project or reflection that highlights internship experience, key learnings, and professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business operations, leadership, strategy, project management, banking, or organizational development.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Interest in gaining exposure to multiple functions within a growing organization.
Pay
The compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour.
