Bus Monitor - IDEA Alamo (Immediate Opening)
About the role
Mission: The Bus Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety of students by providing supervisory monitoring of students during transportation to/from school and on trips. Bus Monitors particularly ensure the safety of our youngest scholars (Pre‑Kindergarten) and special education scholars.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and orderly environment for students during transportation.
- Supervise students loading and unloading the bus/van and during transportation.
- Provide other support as requested, in order to ensure safe and efficient school operations at all times.

- Ability to learn systems and procedures quickly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma.
- Experience working with students (preferred).
Pay
Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate of $10.00.
Schedule
This role is part‑time.
