Bus Monitor - IDEA Frontier (Immediate Opening)
About the role
The Bus Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety of students by providing supervisory monitoring of students during transportation to and from school and on trips. Bus Monitors particularly ensure the safety of our youngest scholars (Pre‑Kindergarten) and special‑education scholars. The role embodies the organization’s mission and values, emphasizing accountability, action‑oriented learning, urgency for student outcomes, and a collaborative, high‑growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and orderly environment for students during transportation.
- Supervise students loading and unloading the bus/van and during transportation.
- Provide other support as requested to ensure safe and efficient school operations at all times.

Qualifications
- High school diploma (required).
- Experience working with students (preferred).
Compensation
Hourly rate of $10.00.
Schedule
Part‑time position.
