Bus Monitor

About the role

Vassalboro Community School is seeking 2 bus monitors to assist with student transportation within and outside the district. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the safety and proper behavior of students during transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and monitor students during transportation
• Ensure all students are safely boarded and off the bus
• Monitor for any unsafe conditions or behaviors that need immediate attention

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours (10-20 hours per week)
• Good communication skills

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Pass a background check
