About the role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in providing high-quality janitorial, facility maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal services to a diverse range of commercial and residential clients. This role involves hands-on work in maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas.
• Conduct facility maintenance such as changing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, and basic HVAC filter replacements.
• Manage supply inventory and restock cleaning and paper products as needed.
• Provide lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal leaf removal.
• Execute snow removal operations using shovels, snow blowers, or plow equipment during winter months.
• Inspect properties for maintenance needs and report issues to management.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with clients regarding job completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, power tools, and lawn equipment.
• Availability for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as required by client schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
