Lloyd Richards Personnel is seeking Bun Makers for a valued manufacturing partner. The role is suitable for those who enjoy hands-on work, quality production, and growth within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix foam production batches according to approved formulas, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Operate mixing, blending, and adhesive application equipment safely and efficiently.
• Accurately measure and record material weights and production data.
• Complete all required production documentation and batch records.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and product quality.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products and report any quality concerns to supervision.
• Clean equipment, tools, and work areas between batches to prevent contamination.
• Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support production goals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
• The ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and production formulas is essential.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure materials are required.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality are necessary.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is important.
• Prior forklift certification or experience is a plus.
• A reliable attendance and strong work ethic are expected.
• The ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team is crucial.

Physical Requirements

• The ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods is needed.
• The ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required throughout the shift is necessary.
• The ability to perform repetitive motions and work in a manufacturing environment is required.
• The ability to safely handle production materials and equipment is essential.
