About the role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently seeking a Sandwich Maker. The role involves working within a dynamic team that offers a unique menu selection, including scratch-baked bread and pastries, incredible soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal items accurately per specification quickly and confidently
• Multitask and learn from mistakes
• Help other departments even before being asked

Requirements

• 1+ years kitchen/work experience (preferred but not required)
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule standards - shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic and time of year
• Shifts start as early as 7am and end as late as 11pm Monday - Saturday
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for the Sandwich Maker role
