Building Supervisor - Wrigley Rooftops

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top-quality products and service. Located across the street from Wrigley Field are the Wrigley Rooftops. We are one of the most unique professional sports experiences in the country.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Properly opening and closing a rooftop venue.
• Supervising up to 10 staff members daily.
• Aiding guests and hosts to ensure they have a great and memorable experience.
• Aiding and training staff.
• Enforcing rules and regulations amongst Wrigley Rooftops employees.
• Ensuring all safety and sanitation regulations are followed daily.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• A college degree preferred.
• Experience with events and/or catering preferred.
• A valid City of Chicago Food Service Manager Certification.
• A valid ServSafe Alcohol and Food Handlers Certifications.
• A clean and presentable appearance.
