Principal Duties

  • Analyze help desk ticket trends, response times, and recurring maintenance issues.
  • Affiliate with deployment and coordination of maintenance and vendor resources.
  • Generate weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain and update approved vendor and contractor lists.
  • Affiliate with evaluating vendor performance, pricing, and service quality.
  • Support procurement strategy initiatives focused on cost reduction and quality improvement.
  • Participate in facilities walk through and operational meetings.
  • Affiliate with documentation, scheduling, and service tracking.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within help desk and facilities workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications: Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Customer service and client facing communication.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Data entry accuracy.
  • Public speaking or facilitation skills (optional).
