Primary Responsibilities
- Works with Construction Manager to gain an understanding of multifamily land development and multifamily vertical constructions.
- Works with Construction Manager to gain exposure to financial reporting and analysis.
- Works with Construction Manager team to gain exposure to the construction to property management transition.
- Conducts an analysis of the contract amendments and their impact to financial performance versus project budget.
- Completes ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Systems Management.
- Previous construction internship experience and exposure to project management software is preferred, but not required.
Experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
