SUMMARY OF DUTIES
- Cleaning and maintenance of common areas in accordance with property policy.
- Assisting the Building Services Director with maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical, and other equipment.
Qualifications
- Six months experience in building and maintenance or janitorial work preferred.
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
