About the role

The selected employee will be in a call center environment, monitoring alarms and facilitating customer service inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience working in customer service
  • Experience in a call center environment/Facilities environment
  • Monday – Thursday from 1500hrs – 0100hrs
  • Must be able to work Nightshift and a rotational shift if the department requires it
  • Able to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: A bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but we will consider an Associate's Degree if the employee has 3+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years

  • Must be skilled in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in a call center environment/Facilities environment
