About the role

Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., has a part-time opening for an ICC-Certified Building Official in the Prescott, AZ area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of Building Department.
• Quality control review of plan checks and inspections.
• Preparing code updates each cycle for Municipal Code adoption.
• Resolution of resident inquiries and complaints.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Must have CBO Certification.
• Thorough knowledge of AZ building codes.
• 2-3 years experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Municipal experience highly desirable.
