Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Knowledge of building maintenance and safety standards
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience in building maintenance
- Experience with basic electrical and plumbing systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
