Maintenance Worker - Building Maintenance

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing various homebuilding equipment and tools. Duties include troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair machinery and tools used in construction projects.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with other tradespeople and supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in basic electrical and mechanical systems.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
