Building Maintenance Specialist

Full time, days, 8am - 4:30pm with 1 week per month on call rotation. Starting pay at $25/hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance (interior touch-ups, painting, and completion of daily work orders as needed)
• Minor electrical work (changing light bulbs/ballasts/running new outlets)
• Light carpentry
• Minor plumbing
• HVAC equipment maintenance (changing fan belts/motors/air filters)
• Seasonal grounds maintenance (shoveling/sanding)

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Experience and knowledge of boiler and generator operation preferred
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems experience preferred
