About the role

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of routine manual and semi-skilled tasks involved in minor building maintenance and repair work.
- Performs general grounds keeping work.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- A combination of training and experience substantially equivalent to two (2) years of experience in the maintenance and minor repair of buildings and general grounds keeping work.
- Some positions may require the ability to lift and carry items of various weights with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Some positions may require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
