Principal Accountabilities
- Perform repetitive tasks such as snow and ice removal from sidewalks, trash cleanup, and other outside maintenance related jobs
- Disassemble and assemble equipment, desks, carts, cabinets, etc.
- Lift, carry, or push containers
- Outside maintenance of the facility, including snow and ice removal from sidewalk, walkways, and steps
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions in a warm or cool environment, as well as slippery surfaces at varied heights
- Stand for long periods of time, use stairs and ladders, and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas of the facility
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- A Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- A Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Perform basic math skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work using power tools and pressure wash occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior industrial food equipment experience or relevant experience in a repetitive/fast-paced environment
