About the role

Persistence Prep, a new K-8 charter school in Buffalo, seeks a Building-Based Substitute Teacher to support scholars in grades K‑4. The school’s mission is to ensure all students are on the path to succeed in a four‑year college and create positive change in their communities.

Pay

Salary: $45,000.00 (competitive)

Schedule

Full‑time, regular appointment.

Requirements

• Valid New York State certification in one of the following areas: Pre K‑6 (3011), Students with Disabilities Grades 1‑6 (9014), Elementary Education, Students with Disabilities (All Grades) (0254), Early Childhood Education Birth – Grade 2 (3013), Students with Disabilities Birth – Grade 2 (9013)
