Sales Engineer / Estimator (Building Automation)

What You Will Do:

  • Build and manage customer relationships
  • Understand project requirements and provide tailored automation solutions
  • Play a key role in the sales cycle and estimation process
  • Ensure accurate proposals and profitable project outcomes

How You Will Do It:

  • Strengthen your technical knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, and industry standards
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet annual sales and growth targets
  • Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, bill of materials, and tender submissions
  • Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to build accurate cost models
  • Lead negotiations to secure profitable projects and ensure timely payment collection
  • Deliver monthly reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer needs, generate new leads, and maintain long-term client partnerships
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and report market insights to support strategic positioning
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate handoff and successful project delivery
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards with integrity
