Building Automation (BMS) Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a BMS Sales Representative at FirstCall Mechanical Company. This role is critical to the overall growth and profitability of the Building Automation construction and service business.

Qualifications

• 2-3 previous progressive sales roles
• BUILDING AUTOMATION CONSTRUCTION AND PM SALES EXPERIENCE, PREFERRED
• APTITUDE FOR TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• EXCELLENT PRESENTATION SKILLS, COMPLETE WITH THE ABILITY TO CAPTIVATE IN BOTH INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COMMUNICATIONS
• EXPERIENCE IN SELLING SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
• EXPOSURE TO SALES METHODOLOGIES, STANDARDS, AND DISCIPLINES
• KNOWLEDGE OF BUILDING AUTOMATION AND HVAC SYSTEMS

• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Environmental Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard reach with hands and arms.
