About the role
Responsible for overseeing the installation of building systems and components.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of HVAC systems
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Train and mentor new installers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience with project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
