About the role

Responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of building systems and components. Works closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and systems
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
• Document work procedures and maintain records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
• Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
