About the role

Responsible for overseeing the installation of building materials and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

Oversee the installation process from start to finish
Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and local regulations
Communicate directly with clients to discuss project requirements and expectations
Manage team of installers to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

At least 3 years of related experience in construction or installation
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Proficiency in using common construction tools and equipment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passing score on a background check
