About the role

Responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of building systems and components. Works closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams
• Document work processes and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
