Budget Analyst - FT (On-Site)

About the role

Join our team as a Budget Analyst at our On-Site location. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage financial budgets and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial budgets for various projects and programs.
• Monitor expenditures against budgeted amounts and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare and present financial analyses and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in budget analysis or financial management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for complex financial modeling and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with budgeting software such as Cognos or Hyperion.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
