Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis within a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will prepare financial reports, develop analytical models, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable insights that help leadership make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and performance metrics.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
• Affiliate with month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Support capital expenditure analysis and investment planning.
• Improve financial reporting processes through automation and enhanced analytics.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
