Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and reporting activities by gathering, reviewing, and interpreting business and operational data.
• Aid in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support organizational goals.
• Prepare reports, models, and presentations that provide insights into financial performance and trends.
• Analyze key metrics and identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business results.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to support strategic initiatives and management reporting.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
• Previous experience within healthcare or healthcare related organizations.
• Exposure to private equity backed environments.
• Professional certification in progress or advanced education such as an MBA.
