Homecare Services is seeking a Branch Coordinator in Brookings, SD. Founded in 1984, the company provides exceptional care to individuals across South Dakota. The ideal candidate will help support and reward their team members while making a meaningful difference in their community.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
• Train and supervise staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
• Coordinate with clients and families to provide personalized care plans
• Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare or related field
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home healthcare services
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
