Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
• Oversee staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Coordinate with clients and their families to provide support and guidance
• Ensure quality care standards are met
• Handle administrative tasks and customer inquiries

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare or related field preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
