Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
• Oversee staff and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Coordinate with clients to provide personalized care plans
• Ensure all services are delivered safely and effectively
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare or related field preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home health care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
