Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate with clients and their families to provide support and guidance
- Oversee billing and financial management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in home healthcare or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
