Brood Attendant - 1st shift

Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. All training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Keeping farm clean
• Maintain laundry
• Maintain supply inventory
• Administering medicines as directed from manager
• Monitoring birds for signs of distress or disease
• Ensuring feed and water availability to birds

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly

Pay

• Starting hourly rate: $18.05, with potential increase to $19.30 after 90 days
• Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Schedule

Monday through Friday 7:00am‑3:00pm, with weekends as needed, averaging 35 hours per week.
