Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software systems that support our mission of opening financial services to everyone on the planet.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and sales to deliver high-quality products.
• Contribute to open-source projects and foster a vibrant community.
• Stay curious, have empathy, and be accountable in everything you do.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with software development, preferably in a financial technology or brokerage environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for open-source contributions and community building.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of financial markets and brokerage operations.

Skills

• Proficiency in software development lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
