Associate (Broker)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the daily operations of the team's business, expanding knowledge in commercial leasing, marketing, and sales.
- Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities.
- Attend local business and industry events, network, and participate in client meetings to bring a great attitude and learn the business and local marketplace.
- Go through training to learn the "Colliers Way" of doing business.
- Cook up supporting materials for offer packages and review proposals, leases, and related documents.
- Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documents.
- Eventually transition to independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience (both via phone and in-person canvassing), quality internship experience is considered.
- Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California (or in process of obtaining).
- Highly motivated, bringing a high level of energy and initiative to everything you do.
- Excellent interpersonal, quantitative, and communication skills.
- Well organized with excellent time management skills.
- Desire to advance in the commercial real estate industry.
- Prior experience using CRM programs.
- Spreadsheet applications experience (Microsoft Excel).

Pay
Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Approximate Compensation Range for this Role - 100% commission based (for producers). Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
