Responsibilities
- Provide high-level marketing and administrative support to the Brokerage group.
- Manage company-wide email blasts.
- Aid in the creation of custom listing proposals, BOVs, brochures, and offering memorandums.
- Manage the transaction process from initial pitch to closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, financial analyst, photographers, building ownership, and management.
- Consistently follow up with all internal and external team members on material needed.
- Create and maintain weekly reporting for internal team and property ownership.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information as needed.
- Keep the master contact database updated.
- Research market data to create quarterly newsletters.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercial real estate administrative and marketing experience required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills and graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
