About the role
The Brokerage Coordinator supports the fee-earner and/or team with administrative and client-facing marketing tasks. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role involves creating marketing materials, managing client service activities, and assisting with special projects.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain professional marketing materials such as flyers, email announcements, and other marketing items.
- Ensure consistent and efficient internal processes through routine system implementation and process improvement.
- Drive change initiatives to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
- Support the fee-earner by providing historical reference, preparing reports, and managing expense reports.
- Communicate with various departments and external agencies to facilitate client needs.
- Assist with special projects and duties as assigned.
- Maintain and update the team's website.
Requirements
- Relevant experience preferred, college degree preferred.
- Highly driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Self-starter with a continuous drive for improvement and growth.
- Ability to improve existing processes and create new ones to enhance efficiency.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (or willingness to learn).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Real estate license favored or in the process, but not necessary.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry a plus.
- Proactive, strategic, and forward-thinking approach.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
