Responsibilities
- Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the Office agency sector through prospecting, networking, relationship building and identifying opportunities for other service lines.
- Create new opportunities to drive revenue growth with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain a cross-collaborative attitude that encourages partnership with other Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams across product lines.
- Track prospects and business opportunities in company databases.
- Stay informed about the local marketplace by attending local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial real estate sales experience (both via phone and in-person canvassing).
- Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of WA.
- Deep understanding of market cycles and ability to set short and long-term strategies.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, and communication skills.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience using CRM programs.
Qualifications

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Knowledgeable about local real estate markets and trends.

Pay
Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Approximate Compensation Range for this Role - 100% commission based. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Individual pay within the range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
